I stayed for 3 nights in the King Room, Non-Smoking while visiting Stone Oak Park. I appreciated the cleanliness and how updated the hotel felt, which made for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping was on point, and the front desk service was efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The buffet restaurant next door also offered a great dining option.

The hotel’s location was excellent for accessing local attractions and dining options, making our stay convenient and enjoyable.
The breakfast selection was disappointing, with limited options that didn’t cater well to varied tastes.

Is it really that good? my take
The freshly remodeled interiors delighted me. The wood flooring felt exceptionally sanitary compared to carpets, and the accommodating front desk staff made check-in a breeze.
The breakfast options left much to be desired, with limited items on display and a broken juice dispenser that soured my morning.

The room was large, quiet, and very clean, with a comfy king bed and a great shower. The wood floor added to the cleanliness, and there was easy parking. Abby at the front desk was especially helpful, making our stay even better.
The breakfast area could have been cleaner.

to start, the walls are so thin I heard the guy next door snoring, how charming. Then, when I requested a room upgrade for the inconvenience, they said it wasn't possible, but they sure love charging for accommodations, don't they? I almost thought about giving a decent review, but every little thing just fell apart!

Only one towel for three people!!! Internet on the 3rd floor didn't work despite requests!!! Fitness center under-equipped with non-functioning machines!!! Seriously, a hotel needs better facilities!!!

Great stay for families!
We enjoyed our night here! The room was super clean, and the comfy king bed fit us perfectly. The kids loved the breakfast options, especially the fruit loops. It's nice that there's a picnic area to chill outside, but the door lock looked a bit worn out. Overall, a solid place to stay with family!

comfortable stay but cleanliness issues
The cleaning staff worked exceptionally hard to maintain a clean environment that made my stay pleasant. I appreciated the easy check-in process that set a positive tone for my visit. The pool area was well-kept, exceeding my expectations for cleanliness and atmosphere. The breakfast options were varied enough to satisfy most preferences, and the waffle maker was a hit.
However, the breakfast area could have been cleaner during peak hours, which detracted from the overall experience.
